A post, or something...

When I was in the US, my "pet word" was the "you know?" at the end of every sentence. It's awful, I know, I'm really ashamed about it. I never thought again about this, since last summer, everybody was telling me that I couldn't stop saying "vale?". It's not so bad, it could be worse, really, but I hated saying it, every time I said it I remembered Mele saying "see???? you said it again!!" hahaha. And now I'm having a bad time, I'm about to shut my f_ing mouth up and not say anything at all (the worl would be much better, of that I'm sure). Now I keep ending the sentences with "or something", which shows everybody how confident I am, and how sure I am of myself.

-I will come to your office, or something...
-Let's go eat, or something...
-I love Finland, or something...

Yes, definetely, I'll stop talking. Life sucks when I open my mouth, every time.

More news:
-Today it's not raining
-Healthy has a new pet, Sujamaville
-I love sauna (is that really news?)
-I cooked last Thursday Spanish omelette, and it was very good. The point here is that "I cooked"
-I can't remember the last time I listened to Alanis Morissette "on purpose". I feel very bad about that. This shows how much I have changed since my last year in Spain.

"Ooh this could get messy,
but you don't seem to mind,
Ooh don't go telling everybody
and overlook this supposed crime" ("Hands clean", Alanis Morissette, or something)

And weekend's over

It's raining outside but I feel fine. I've been surfing on the internet, studying some Finnish this morning, trying to wake up at last, since last night I couldn't sleep until 3am.

So weekend has been good. I had sauna, a really nice one, I went to AlePupi, PuijonSarvi... I even saw somebody that is not important to me at all, we have never talked (I think because of the language), but that person has brought many memories to me, of the day we were introduced to each other. We even share a water bed xD with a lot more people of course. Anyway, I dont know if she knows who i am, maybe i look familiar to her but that's all. Maybe she thinks i never left. Maybe she completely forgot about me. Or maybe she's surprised of seing me, because she knows everything. And maybe now she won't say anything. Or maybe she will tell we met. Who knows.

One more song... it sounds perfect for this rainy sunday.

"Look at you how well you've done so far
look at where you're standing who you are
and all our moments good and bad forever in my head
wish we could go back just once and laugh at things we said

It's been wonderful and crazy knowing you
and I hope that I can always see the teenage girl in you
and I know that you'll be fine
but I'll be there evertime
you need someone to say hi to late at night

Remember how I told you I was scared
you'd end up with some jerk who doesn't even know you're there
but deep down I just knew that you would find someone who's real
doesn't claim to know exactly everything you feel

It's been wonderful and crazy knowing you
and I hope that I can always see the teenage girl in you
and I know that you'll be fine
but I'll be there evertime
you need someone to say hi to late at night

Sometimes when I think of us I'm sad
I miss not knowing anything of what could lie ahead
when mostly now I'm grateful that you're where you want to be
not quite here and not quite there but somewhere in between" ("Someone to say hi to", K's choice)

Ya he visto mucha gente, he conocido erasmus y esas cosas.

Fase I

No voy a suplicar nada. Y no, no volveré a dar ningún primer paso. ¿Rencor? No... sólo trato de sobrevivir.

Por cierto, encantada de haberte conocido.

Afraid I might fall on my knees
and breakdown" ("I'm not gonna beg", Natalie Merchant)

Salida

Only "funny" if you know what "salida" means in Spanish (not "exit", but the other meaning...). Just wanted to show in a pic how I feel lately xD

Go

I heard this song the other day, it seems like it has been written for me, in this moment of my life. Is there something better than finding a song that you feel like it's talking about you? By the way, the singer (former in the band K's Choice) has many many other songs that "talk about me"... hm... would someone buy me any of their cd??? :D

"This is when the wall comes down
This is when I give myself to every inch of me that says
it's time to go
The voice is clear, but not alone
doubt has made my head its home
And I can hardly hear myself explode
Someone tell me something good,
Something I can really use

Here I go, say goodbye to everything
I know, Here I go, I love you till the end of time
I have to do this on my own so here, here I go

on the edge of everything
the start, the end, the inbetween
but somewhere through my fear I know I'm fine...

Nothing like the way it's been,
an open door I've never seen
And I can't help but wonder what's inside...
someone tell me something good
something I can really use

Sure I guess I must be strong
But what if I am just very wrong
what if I don't know
where I belong" ("Go", Sarah Bettens).

"Sinkku mut en ikisinkku" (does that make any sense at all???)

Mientras tanto, a leer y escribir blogs.

The story between me and my Mark

So, once again writing this post... f_ing firefox that erased my post when i had finished!

Anyway, family weekend. Ok, I'll try to be brief:

The NOT reason why i'm going back to the cold country... I'm not going because I have a boyfriend... well, actually, my uncles have made up a bfriend for me. They were so funny this weekend, it's great. But they assumed I have a boyfriend, called Mark, who studies arts, dark skin and we use a lot the tongue (spanish joke, tongue=lengua, the same as language). Yeap, at the begining I was kinda of mad because i'm so tired of people thinking that i'm going back because of someone... so i was all the time saying "if you only knew" or "you'll never know" or things like that. After one hour i decided to let them believe that Mark is waiting for me in the city of lakes and we are going to live together. Yeap you should have seen my dad's face. Really funny... and no funny at all on the other hand.

And I had many many other moments to think about, like the one when i was about to drive my uncle's mercedes clk... but of course i didnt have the guts. (Insert here any bad word...)

Anyway, only 10 days left. I already had the farewell dinner with my friends from school. Nice dinner in a very nice restaurant, and after that drinks in Palma3... very nice.

How can I believe when this cloud hangs over me
You're a part of me that I don't wanna see

I can live forever here" ("Forget it", Breaking Benjamin)

Holidays... again??

So i finished my hard and tough exams! hahaha. Today is my first day of vacation (when did they end?) and I don't know what to do. "My" English teacher just called me to tell me that I have passed the exam. Isn't it great? the teacher calls me to tell me the grade hahaha. I got a good grade but it could have been better.

Anyway... now I have plenty of time to get ready for the city of lakes, I should start doing my lists. Yes, I make lists when I travel, specially when it's such a long "trip".

And tomorrow, farewell dinner with my friends from high school, and I already know what I'll eat :) god i plan my life so much!!!

Accomplishments

aekjkekjrlkkqljre
Remind me not to take a nap... never again... today is one of those so hot that i can't do anything but sleeping, but after the nap I wake up so (even more) stupid! I'm just waiting it's time to go to bed again. gggrrrr i hate thiiis

This is what I have accomplished in the last 2 days:

- My mother has learned how to use her mobile, in fact I have taught her. This is very important to me, since I'm neither good nor patient explaining things.

- I finally looked for information about my Enlighs course (I have the exam tomorrow), to see if there are any notes on the internet, or at least to get the teacher's email and talk to her. Nothing. Thank God... this way I don't have to study for tomorrow. People will think I think I'm smarter than them... it's not true. I just couldn't find any notes!

- I finished the web page for Multimedia course. Next step: send the email to the teacher and burn the cd... will I be able to do it???

- I scored one goal in Pro Evolution Soccer 5, against my cousins. First match Real Madrid lost against Atlético de Madrid (3-0) and the second one Real Madrid lost against Juventus (1-2, it's obvious the italian team had paid the referee). Ok I confess it... I scored the goal because my 7 year old cousin saw me crying on the floor, and took pity on me.

- I survived in the metro, the first time I travel during the rush hour after one year. Tomorrow the big test: 1hour:15minutes one way (and 1hour:15minutes the way back) for going to the university. Will I get crazy? Will I be able to handle it? what the hell... I'll ask for someone to give me a ride xD

Lazy Sunday

It's hot... it's hot and I'm bored... I've been the whole sunday reading blogs and being lazy. Now I should get ready cause I'm meeting Mele in 1 hour, but I dont wanna move from my beeeeed. Anyway, after this lazy day, I was thinking too much (and telling again the story to Mele was not the best idea), so I think it'll do me good go out and have a beer-lemon and chill out. Tomorrow will be another day. Maybe if I try on my new trousers I will feel much better hehe.

In 3 days I have my exams... ouch.

I can't stop listening to Nelly Furtado's song with Juanes, it's sooooo sad... and besides all that it says, it reminds me of Valencia, all of us (7people) in the van listening to the radio (I heard this song like 1000 times). But the lyrics are so sad... I can cry with the song. Ok, I'll play The Organ and I'll go to the shower, Mele is becoming punctual (believe it or not hahaha).

PS. Spain World Champion in Basketball!!! I also cried a bit (I must confess) when the match was over and Gasol and the other players were crying... I'm so f-ing sensitive today!

One saturday less

Today... shopping again! I finally bought a new suitcase, it's huge! Maybe I will use that one to take with me all the Spanish food hahaha. No really, but if someone wants to come with me, I can hide him/her in it, it has 4 wheels so no problem about carrying you. You will pay your overweight, of course xD Btw, guess who is working in the shop where I bought it... my old classmate (the one I was talking about yesterday... Madrid is soooo small hehe).
My mother has entered into the technologic world: she bought her OWN mobile. So in our way back home she was smiling all the time jumping and singing "I have my own mobile, I have my own mobile" and I was smiling and singing "I have a huge suitcase, I have a huge suitcase". Yes, my father can be so patient sometimes xD

In the afternoon I went to the library with Nouf and Twin2 (I'm still writting nicknames instead of real names...), mostly cause I'm masochist and to encourage them to study hehe. And after that, to Eloys and eat our typical potatos... hmmmm. It was a really nice time (and once again, thanks for the ride back home girls!).

New flat!

Just to say that I have one more reason today to be happy... I have new flat in the City of Lakes! cool!! it's where last year (the second flat), building E (so that means that I'll be sorrounded by Finns). The tiny con is that I start "living" there today. Which means that I pay for September, but it's the only flat available, and I dont mind paying one more month, because it's where I wanted to live and because it's very cheap. Yippiiieee!! I can't wait till 20th to meet my new finnish flatmates xD This is where I'll live in 20 days (and where I lived last year)

Spain in the finals!

First of all... the Spanish team of basketball is in the finals of the world championship! it's great to see how these guys, who get much less money than the football players go farther in the championship... so, the final is on sunday, we'll see what happens ;)

So, the "trousers effect" is still in me so I'm quite happy today! I see everything from the positive side and although this feeling can be shortly temporary, I should enjoy it while it lasts :D Besides, I can't stop hearing Nelly Furtado's song "Maneater"... i wish i had had that song in the City of Lakes, I could have made of it the best song ever hehe. I promise not to sing it again while I'm in the metro hahaha. Btw! I was in the metro and saw an old classmate, it was so nice to see him again, although we only talked to each other from maybe 6 years old to 9 and maybe doesnt remember me anymore. But it was nice to finally confirm what i thought when i was little. That he's gay! and I felt also so happy because of that, i dont really know why. But me and the guy who was behind me (also gay) were staring at him (for different reasons of course xD). I wanted to go and talk to him but of course i didn't! hahaha

Anyway... since Soraya is the first one to write a comment, she has won a beer and a quick "hi". Thanks for letting me know that you're still alive, good luck with your exams, I hope that we can talk soon cause i wanna know how you are doing. Muchos besos guapa y ánimo con todo!

Last news: Reyes will play this season in Real Madrid... grrrr
